Nice apartment
October 12, 2023I recently toured this property with my daughter and the apartments are actually really nice and spacious. They are located in walking distance to grocery stores and multiple restaurants which is great for college students. The woman who showed me the apartment was really helpful and nice! June 23, 2023Flyer Pointe is the perfect community for college students wanting to be on their own at an affordable price!!! I stayed in the Large 1 bedroom. It was the perfect size. It’s always felt comfortable and well maintained. It’s within walking distance to UD and downtown Dayton. It’s also a great way to meet other college students. There is a small hole in the wall restaurant called Tanks. 10/10 recommend eating here. I lived here all 4 years while attending UD. I was said to say goodbye as this ...became my home. Better than expected
March 30, 2022I recently toured these apartments and they were much nicer on the inside than I had expected. The surrounding area is a little ran down so I wasn't sure what to expect. The leasing agent was really nice and the apartment was bigger than expected as well.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT LIVE HERE
November 12, 2021These reviews are fake and made up by the company this place sucks! It’s never anywhere to park, there are rats and mice all in the walls. Mold is visible due to a leak their unable to fix. Maintenance NEVER is on time or do what their suppose to do. The place Ben has an order and the building aren’t secured. This is not to bash this place but it’s simple facts. I have pictures and videos to prove everything!Property Manager Responded
