Welcome to Folly Hill Meadows Apartments. Situated off of route 128 in Beverly, our property has over 26 acres of land for pets and residents to explore! We currently have 2 different layouts of 1 bedroom apartments, and 2 bedroom apartments at 1000 SF. Both offer plenty of living space with several large closets throughout for storage, along with a kitchen that features ample cabinet space and updated appliances. We love pets! Cats are an additional $40 per month, dogs are $60 per month. Laundry is located on the second floor of each building, all machines are updated and accept electronic payments. We have a fitness center, clubhouse and saltwater pool available for tenant use. Included in your monthly rent; -2 Parking spaces -Snow Removal -Trash Removal -Water & Sewer

Poor Management, Terrible Living Experience
October 24, 2024My husband and I were tenants here for 3 years, always paying our rent on time and working with management. In year 3, we had 3 sewage overflows, and found mold inside a hold that formed in our bathroom wall. Management did not rectify these situations, despite claiming that they would. We ended up leaving as soon as possible after realizing that they would not be fully replacing the sewage-stained carpets and molding.Review from Apartments.com

Relaxing and welcoming.
April 3, 2024My wife and I recently moved in to a one bedroom, Devin our leasing agent has been super helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment itself is roomy for a one bedroom. We enjoy the quietness and so far everyone we have met has been welcoming. Dogs are allowed and so far no issues with noise or owners picking up their dog’s droppings. Which is very nice not worrying about stepping in some dog poo when walking around the complex. Which I do when I’m walking to the gym they have on site. ...They have a pool as well and we look forward to using it once open. The gym I use frequently is well setup, I do wish it had some updated equipment but there is enough there to satisfy any workout. The very few minor issues we have had, maintenance was quick to fix for us and they do a great job responding. We have been happy to make this our home for the foreseeable future and have nothing but positive things to say.
