Chipped paint and exposed wiring is not luxury
November 23, 2020Would you rent from a property that avoids speaking to prospective tenants on the phone prior to them submitting an application for their apartments? Because that is how this company operates. They refer to themselves as luxury, but not only does no one give you a tour of the apartment and building when you arrive, but when you go in to see the apartment itself, it's a far cry from luxury, complete with dated fixtures and cabinetry, and chipped paint all over. When you ask via email to speak ...to someone over the phone to ask questions, they will provide you with a phone number that they know only features an automated voice that provides irrelevant information before it terminates your call.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
