Horrible HoA . Bad parking spot
March 20, 2021I live in this condo and I’m horrified with the HOA management. They do nothing but the very minimal and yet increase our dues almost each year. We have no security, the pool and laundry room is dirty, and the lighting Is bad. People leave their trash In the parking area , neighbors play loud blasting music until the night and the management does nothing. When I got a threatening note on my car OHA refused to do anything including showing me the camera which I PAY for. Amazing place to live
July 22, 2015This place is a great place to live. I have never had a problem. Whenever I need somesomething fixed the guy who fixes things is always a call away and always cares. The gym is small but it works! The pool area is great. Always clean and ready for a swim. The club house Is a great place to throw a party for very cheap. I have had small gathering there without a problem. I love this place been here for 6 years! ?Review from Apartments.com
