January 13, 2025Jay, Lisa and LeAnn were of a tremendous help. I'm old school and filling out an application on line can be daunting. Along with all the other things now necessary to move into an apartment. However, with all their help it went very smoothly. I had lived at Forest Place 24 years ago and was very happy with my stay. I'm just moving in so hope it has remained the same. If the staff is any indication, I think I will be very happy here.Property Manager Responded

October 23, 2024I love Forest Place! I am comfortable, content and safe! This is my forever home. Forest Place is a community. We care about each other. It is ideally located. And the staff…office and maintenance…are top notch! However, I would ask that our residences clean up after their sweet dogs, especially downstairs near the laundry room in the south building. August 31, 2024My apartment is very cozy, but, by mistake, the cleaning was incomplete when I arrived. Management has been on top of it though, and addressing the issue very well. Thank you!Property Manager Responded

August 3, 2024Quiet and safe community with professional and courteous staff. Has gated parking that is reasonably priced. Also has trash chutes which are conveniently located, as well as other amenities.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2024The place is very spacious! The staff are friendly and helpful! Forest Place is very pet friendly and has a nice dog park. The gym is very neat and clean. Restaurants are very close by so its very convenient. Maintenance always responds very quickly. I love my apartment! Thank you Forest Place!Property Manager Responded
