March 17, 2025So far, we have had minimal issues with move in! While getting settled in, we have not heard any obnoxious loud noises or had many disturbances! The occasional food truck is great! Some people are a little fast in the parking lots and don’t pay a ton of attention, so be on the look out! We have had one package say it’s delivered, no where to be found- another resident says that is common and she has to deal with the post office- so we will be doing that! February 27, 2025Recently, our neighbors moved out because their rent was going up by $400 dollars (!). More recently, management has hired a tree company to perform tree-topping on all the trees in the community, which not only gets rid of shade trees, but it destroys a place for birds to nest, and it's also an eye-sore.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2025Peaceful for the most part just wish neighbors would pick up poop when they allow their fur babies to poop in my backyard space. And the pool was down quite a bit in the summer and not to mention the trash bin that stays filled to the max and that’s the first thing anyone notices when pulling into the complex.Property Manager Responded
