August 31, 2020I lived in Forest Ridge from December 2018 to July 2020 and the only reason I moved out was because I'm moving out of state. I worked with Taylor from the beginning from the first inquiry and visit to the property to the very end when I moved out. Any question I had for him he was always there with a quick response. I'll have to admit I was a little worried about the reviews I read online before renting with Forest Ridge but I am so glad I gave them a chance. I've rented apartments in Bloomington ...for over 12 years and Forest Ridge/Hallmark has been my favorite property by far. What they lack in extra property amenities (gym, pool) they gain in customer service and security. I definitely recommend renting from them. Move-out was a breeze and as long as you take care of your place and leave it move-in ready when you leave there should be no reason you won't get your full deposit back in return.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
