  • Sad to leave

    Unfortunately , because of personal reasons I had to search for a new place to stay. However, I can't speak more highly of Ms. Audrey and her community. She's been incredibly accommodating throughout my time there, I've never had any concerns for mine or my dog's safety, the apartments are reasonably priced, and the complex was well kept.

    I’ve lived in the Forest Ridge Luxury apartments for several years now. The property staff are simply amazing. Always prompt with any questions or concerns. The property is clean and very well maintained not to mention beautiful and quiet! I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. The neighbors are so welcoming as well. I feel safe and really enjoy my stay here. If I could give the ten stars I would. I’d recommend this for anyone whether it be by yourself or with a small family it fits ...

    My one year Forest Ridge anniversary is May 6th and I'm so glad I live here. I sold my house in Stow after 30 years in 2022 and held out for an apartment at Forest Ridge. I have never lived in an apartment and didn't know what to expect. Property Manager, Audrey made this transition so easy, understood my hesitations and my neighbors are very nice. I wasn't looking for a huge complex, more of a neighborhood feeling. If you are looking to live in Cuyahoga Falls, don't look any further!

    I have lived here for almost 3 years and it has been a great place to live. I moved here from Columbus and did not know the area well but the location is amazing and I have had no issues.     Great location and prompt, excellent service! Perfectly located for commuting to Univ. of Akron or Kent State (sub. 20min by car.) Quick 5-10min walk to downtown Cuyahoga Falls. Easily the best of the very few apartments in the area where it's possible to walk to any of the following in 15min or less: grocery store, gym, church, school, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, shopping etc. Apartments are well maintained with nice appliances, very spacious, and units with north/west facing windows get ...

  • Amazing!

    We decided to transfer to an upper floor unit within this community after residing for a few months in a lower floor unit. At first I was hesitant because I was afraid it would cause a lot of paperwork, payments and time. Amazingly it was made very simple! The process was quick and management was very considerate of our wishes. Sending a big thank you to Audrey who has given us her time and assistance during this transition.
