  • Awesome experience, loved it!

    This was my first apartment, and I lived here for two years. Maintenance was always very prompt and attentive, the people in the head office always very responsive and helpful, excellent locale with the lovely trees that make it feel very cosy. I did my very best to keep it nice and upon move-out got my security deposit back no problem. Also, the walls are very thick so I heard virtually nothing from my neighbors; even when dogs barked on occasion, it was so quiet it wasn't really a bother. ...
    Truly, the only reason I moved out is because I was moving in with my fiance and he wanted a place with washer/dryer hookups. A fantastic experience and I'm so glad I chose this place for my first apartment!

  • Bad management

    I lived there a few years ago and for about 5 years (2014-2019)... let me tell you, I DON’T recommend this place. The new management is atrocious and they’re not local. They’re based out in Colorado, so they don’t know or care about anything that is Kansas! They like to charge you for everything. Common Area Maintenance (CAM), never had that until new management took over. They can’t even keep the dog owning tenants’ dog crap off the lawns. Before the CAM fees, the old management made sure the ...
    dog owning tenants cleaned up after their dogs out on the lawns. Pool should be closed after 10pm and yet I kept hearing loud people out there past that time. The old management had always closed off the pool at 10pm. The new management charged you a fee to set up an account to pay rent online. Oh it’s also a third party company running the online rental payment, so they also charge a fee for using them to pay for your rent online. Old management did not charge any fees for paying rent online. The insulation in the apartments need to be upgraded. I lived in a studio apartment (450-500 square feet, I think) without windows, only a sliding glass door. I paid about $150 during the winter time just to have the heater run at 65-68 degrees. That is way too much to pay for something that small of an area. There were still cold spots in the place when it was winter time. Overall, I didn’t run the heater too often and wore thick sweatpants and sweater throughout the winters. Not comfortably warm during those times. If you like less noise especially when you’re trying to sleep, remember the airport is only a few minutes away and you’re in the airplanes overhead flight routes. Also since they don’t enforce closing the pools at 10pm, you’re going to have the neighbors be drunk and loud after that time. The management is atrocious as stated before. They are shady and fake. They did not tell me about the fees that they charged for online rental payment. They don’t enforce the rules on how tenants should be behaving on the property especially if you have dogs. They don’t like to care of the problems in a timely manner. It took days for them to clean the dog waste after I had told them about. But that didn’t matter, there were new piles of it the day after. Also the management company is based out of state, I think, in Colorado. So, support local by living at places that are Wichita business owned. DO NOT choose this place to live. You’ll regret it!

    The ladies in the office set the bar for amazing customer service. The apartment homes are gorgeous and the feel is tranquil. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

  • Nice and Quiet

    The staff is really great. Always take care of things quickly and you can tell they take a lot of pride in the community. Its a little older but the price is great.
