September 24, 2021The worst living experience I've ever had. They mean well, but it is a sterile environment that feels very corporate. This does not feel like home. The amenities close too early to enjoy a nice evening with friends. You can only invite 2 friends over per month. Too many rules and they just added the vax mandate for amenities. September 19, 2015Conveniently located in hells Kitchen, close to Central Park and the Hudson River, Mercedes house offers great amenities (gym, pool, fireplace etc.) the apartments are spacious and very well equipped.
