    The Towers is a great place to live. The front desk crew is superb. They host monthly events that have helped develop a sense of community. In addition, they provide an additional layer of security monitoring people as they enter and exit the building during office hours. The location of the Towers is perfect. It’s a quick 5-10 minute walk to the east side of campus. A two minute drive to Trader Joe or Whole Foods. About a 5 minute drive to F45 and Crunch Fitness. And about 10 minutes drive to ...
    Meijer. It makes everyday living very convenient. We cannot recommend the towers enough.

    I have lived at The Tower for the past 3 years and have enjoyed my stay while being here in Michigan. This is a great place to live for a graduate student, as the study rooms provide an excellent place to focus and the complex is pretty quiet overall. I lived in a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment, and the space was perfect for me and my fur baby! The new appliances are a plus, and I really enjoyed my balcony access during the summer. There is also an upgraded dog park that you have access to ...
    24/7 with a trail behind it for exercise when the weather is nice. The staff has been such a pleasure to work with these past 3 years and has always been very accommodating for all of my needs. If it were not for me relocating out of state, I would continue my stay. I recommend The Tower to anyone looking for an inclusive, accommodating, and comfortable living space here in East Lansing!

  • This place is amazing

    I've been living here for a year and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The apartments are nice and cozy and the location is great with a trail in the back leading to campus. The lounge is also very nice, with a game room and study rooms that come in handy. Best of all, the workers are extremely kind.     The staff at this property are so helpful and amazong. They make living here so amazing!! Super helpful and maintanence is super quic k with any requests that you put in. The gym and facikities are also awesome. The study lounge is perfect for late night study sessions, and there is also a pool table perfect for hangouts. Again the staff are super awesome and friendly!! Love it here.

  • Avoid at All Costs! Horrible Experience

    This leasing office was an absolute nightmare to deal with. They charge you $200+ for application fees, and once you are approved, they will not respond immediately for 72 hours so that they can avoid refunding the application fees. Every time they come up with entirely new rent and leasing prices, it's insane. From the beginning, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. I can name at least three people who are more like scammers. Communication Issues: They were incredibly unresponsive to ...
    calls, and emails. Lack of Transparency: They were so inconsistent with the rent prices. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from this property to be extra cautious, it's more like a scamming ppl agency, not leasing. Far better options with more professional and respectful management are available.

  • Looking forward to living here!

    I had a great experience visiting the Tower. It was exactly what my roommate and I were looking for with newly renovated units, a balcony, large bedrooms and closets, and proximity to campus. The study rooms and gym are in great condition too. Staff was extremely helpful with answering questions throughout the leasing process.

  • Great Student housing

    It is right next to MSU and even has a walking path to the university. My apartment was nearly renovated and I am loving the brand new gym and study areas downstairs!

  • Great for Pets!

    This place has great areas for my dog to play and plenty of beautiful trails nearby, one of which goes directly to campus. Everyone in the leasing office is super friendly and always says hi. If I ever have questions, they're mega helpful and can always answer.
