    The Foundry is great! I love my space- it’s nice and airy and the floor to ceiling windows are a great touch. Amenities such as the rooftop space and well-equipped fitness center add to the convenience of urban living. Neighborhood is nice and convenient too

    New management has never said hi or introduced themselves (not even sure if there is a building manager because no one’s ever met them) a lot of our favorite people are gone now unfortunately. This building used to be an amazing building, however the new management has been disappointing.

    I’ve just moved in, but the process has been seamless and the community nothing short of stellar. To my surprise, 5 colleagues live in the same building and folks from all sorts of interesting career paths mingle together in the common areas which are pure luxury.

    Foundry has incredible views, amenities, and is all brand new! It’s also in a great location with Whole Foods nearby, and a 20 min walk to Old Town, Lincoln Park, and Wicker Park. Beverly was especially communicative and helped me get started.

    I've recently moved into this apartment, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The space is well-designed and feels modern, with plenty of natural light and a cozy layout.
