Well maintained complex with newer parking lot and roof on all 3 buildings. Kai Properties is a landlord that takes care of property and tenants. Come to Fountain Manor

Our complex has really seen alot of improvements since Kai Properties took over more than year ago. Apartments are remodeled, new roofs and lots of updates. I would So recommend Fountain Manor to anyone looking at apartment living. Great decision to move here.

quiet and friendly environment

I have never had any issues with management or tenants. It's a very clean and comfortable place to live. My guests can't belive the cleanliness and size of the apartments. Laundry facilities in each building. Great place to live.
