Fountain Park is a large grassy property with many different styles to accommodate anyone. Our amenities include a pool area, a clubhouse and a dry sauna. In the area is many parks, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores as well as Cedar Hills and Century Theater just a few minutes away. Our location provides easy access to TV highway and 26 Freeway, as well as Farmington RD, with a 15-minute drive to the Washington Square Mall and only 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Portland.     Lived here for 7 years and management had changed at least 6 times and doesn’t seem to care about the tenants and should remember that the tenants also help pay their salaries! The garbage area is a joke! There used to be two garbage areas but down to 1. People come from outside the complex and pile their garbage by the compactor and management doesn’t do anything about it. The changing/shower area with the pool is a joke too with it needing an update bad! The fountain hasn’t even been ...
    fixed/cleaned for a good few years now either. Stay far away as possible from this place unless you want to have a ring camera up and if you need work done maintenance wise, email the office to have documentation in case you need to remind them about it. I have had to contact corporate a couple times as it is due to management not doing something that they said they were going to do.

    I have lived in this community for 2+ years and they have changed their management more than 4 times. Still the management is worst. Common laundry is not maintained and dirty. The prices are not worth living here.

    I’ve been in Oregon for about 6 years, and move around quite a bit. By far, these are the worst apartments I’ve lived in in my ENTIRE LIFE. Terrible apartment with constant issues, and an even worse “management” team. Don’t even bother trying to contact the office, they won’t answer unless you call twelve times in a row. Let’s not forget to mention packages are always stolen here.

  • Nice apartments and management, bad laundry situation

    Though the apartments are old, they are well maintained (mostly) and the management is responsive. Unfortunately, the laundry rooms are horrendous. One of them has four working washing machines, but only one working dryer. Then yesterday, the key for that laundry room didn't work anymore. The other laundry room has three functional washing machines and three functional dryers, but only two of the washers take the laundry cards, and the broken washing machine in there is one that has card ...
