    Don’t rent here!!!! The worst complex in Crown Point!!! The apartments have MOLD! Not updated and the Manager won’t return your Security Deposit upon leaving! They have lost 37 tenants in 3 months!! STAY AWAY!!!!

      We do not choose to take money from people, people who we know and care for,.... but sometimes people do get a bug to just up and go......Also,... We really can't afford to refund a security deposit, "IF" you move out before the end of your lease. "IF" you have not paid all rent and fees: "IF" you have left the apartment destroyed and so much work has to be done to bring it back up to a livable standard. The guidelines state "return the apartment in exactly the same condition as it was rented to you, with the exception of normal ware and tear. We will always present the person with a ledger of charges. That person has a choice to correct any issues regarding charges to their security deposit. Our apartments are beautifully updated, We take time to show our people the different apartments in which they may choose to live in. We suggest they come back at different times,, we invite them to stay and take to other people who live in our apartment homes We have always found it very ...
      difficult to entice a customer with outdated, nasty, mold infested apartments, They generally to not show well, nor are they in high demand!

    The owner thinks it’s the best place ever. It’s not. My hallway smells like death. I think the 40 year old carpet, that has flooded multiple time and not cleaned could be the problem. My patio floods every time it rains. Work requests take forever or are completely ignored. Don’t waste your time. Rent increases $30 every year too.

      Yes, it's the best place ever!! And we are doing everything to make it even better!!! We have been replacing and upgrading all carpets, appliances, installing wood plank vinyl flooring. We have installed new parking lots, new kitchen cabinets. We are gutting and replacing all bathrooms We have been rebuilding all balconies and replacing all air conditioner and furnaces. We have replaced all the roofs. At any time we have a overflow of water into the hallways, any cleaning is done, usually from an air conditioner condensation line, It is treated with all sanitation professional cleaning products We are still family owned. Yes, it's still the best place ever!!

    It is amazing how the men in maintance keep the parking lot and sidewalks all clean after all the snow we have had recently. They are constantly shoveling, snow plowing and snow blowing to keep us able to come and go freely. Thank you so much. I am a walker and I love that all sidewalks are clean and clear all the way around every building.
