March 3, 2025Our apartment was missing an patio screen door and 1.5 weeks after move in, we still don't have one. The apartment also smells terribly of cigarette smoke and there were butts of cigars and Marijuana in the window silks. Supposed to be no smoking in these apartments yet our clothes and furniture all now are impermeable with smoke smell. My throat is scratchy and burns, I'm congested and am suffering from headaches. A week abd a half later and we are still having to live in an unhealthy situation. ...Top that with the mold in the vents and mildew smell in all cabinets and closets. The apartment was not cleaned and very disgusting. And the icing on the cake is the roach problem. For the amount of money we are paying, these should never be issues. It is unhealthy to be in here and I am not happy at all. Plain disgusting.Property Manager Responded

February 15, 2025i love the apartment and the area! the only issue like most apartments is maintenance. we waited about a week for our dishwasher to be fixed but when i went down to the office to ask i had someone come up the same day. i definitely enjoy living here over allProperty Manager Responded

January 29, 2025**Overpriced & Poorly Maintained – Moving Out After 5 Years** After five years, we’re finally leaving Fountain Villas due to its decline. Rent is far too high for outdated appliances, crumbling cabinets, and old countertops. The smell of weed is constant, yet management won’t enforce policies—except against harmless patio décor, even if you've had it for years. The quality of tenants has noticeably dropped, making the community less enjoyable. Amenities are a joke; the clubhouse is only open ...during work hours, and the pool is regularly closed due to failing pumps that management refuses to replace. What was sold as a luxury experience has become frustrating and disappointing. The only positive is the office staff, who are professional and helpful, but even they can't make up for the property's neglect. If you're considering moving here, don't. December 28, 2024The walls are extremely thin and you hear everything from your neighbors. Also, the neighbors are extremely disrespectful. If you move here please stay on the third floor if you want peace. Living on the first floor has been an absolute nightmare.Property Manager Responded

December 19, 2024It was a great moving experience, everyone here is so friendly and helpful. The apartments are beautiful, quiet, clean, and pet friendly which is amazing.
