DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!
December 29, 2022If I could give below 1 star I would. The management DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENNANTS!!!!!! My Air Conditioning in my unit went out and IT TOOK 5 MONTHS before I finally moved out, AND THE AIR WASNT FIXED. Every night the unit was at 80 degrees with no help from the staff. The Hallways are always dirty and the staff does zero for the maintenance of the overall facility. When it snows and ice, the only way it is getting fixed is when the sun melts it, grass? Never cut. Security deposit? - The ...complex will make claims of painting fees and other odds and ends so you will NOT see your deposit. Overall I CAN NOT STATE ENOUGH - DO NOT LIVE HERE.Property Manager Responded

what a joke
August 1, 2022New management so don’t take the old reviews for there value. Hall ways a filthy. Personally I went without water for three weeks, I was traveling for work some of that time. I was told that they would compensate me, but nothing. And currently no laundry services for 3 months, with a sign explaining that they are replacing the machines… Just a dump now and it is sad because before it was a cool place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Impossible to contact and you don't get your security deposit back
September 30, 2020I just received my "deposit" back after calling and emailing since May. My "deposit" was maybe 1/3 of what I put down and I don't know who they think they are fooling. There is no itemized list of what they took off and why, plus they have the original amount wrong...off by over $200! I don't know what is wrong with the new management, but they can't remember who paid rent (I was accused of not paying several times when I did). They don't give two craps about fixing anything that is broken, noise ...complaints, mowing the lawn, and on and on. And as you can see by the other reviews, they don't give security deposits back, and if they do it is not in full. And they are impossible to get a hold of! Horrible management will not return security deposit
August 24, 2020My roommates and I have been waiting for 3 months to get our security deposit back. The maintenance took for ever for someone to fix something. Every time I call (At least once a week if not more) I get told something different. Their excuse they like to use is that they had bad management and had to replace everyone. I’ve been told this for 2 months. You would think they would have things together by now. They bought our apartment complex and I had a bad feeling from the start that they were ...going to be horrible to deal with and I was right! Do not recommend
June 23, 2020I lived here for a year and did not enjoy it. Four seasons struggles to communicate to its residents and they are very slow to answer maintenance calls. When they do come around to fix the issues, they do the bare minimum. Not only did I have communications issues, I had cockroaches. They did send in a big guy but I continued to have issues. The manager is also very disorganized and rarely knows how to answer your questions. I would highly recommend looking for another place to live.Review from Apartments.com

May 16, 2019Four Seasons is definitely less than par, including facilities, management, and maintenance. The buildings are outdated and apartments are overpriced. Utilities are usually fairly high because of old windows and doors. Windows leak when it rains. Pipes leak, ceilings leak, etc. The property manager is rude and is no help. The office never seems be open when someone actually needs to talk or conduct business, much less pick up a package. Maintenance is rude and does a subpar job fixing things. ...Band-aid fix for sure, but nothing ever truly gets fixed the right way. They may respond to maintenance requests quickly, but the problems is never truly fixed. The grounds are never kept up and the pools are usually disgusting by mid to end of summer. October 4, 2018I am student and have lived at Four Seasons for 3 years. I have enjoyed may stay there. I love there is a Manager and Asst. manager on site. Terrible Management & Disgusting Building
September 6, 2018I can’t begin to describe the disgust in the hallways of bugs, cat and dog urine and the poor property management team & maintenance men (father & son combo). The lack of attention to residents needs is tackless. We would call for a maintenance issue and never get a call when the men would show up. Half the time, they come for an hour, fix half of the issue and then say “We’ll im going overtime I have to come back tomorrow betwwen 8-2pm”, which then they would come around 4 and barley fix the ...issue or again have to come back the next day because they came too late. We would have to wait around all day for someone , we don’t know when they will come, show up. The attitudes from the maintenance father and son is absolutely horrible. I have seen them speak terribly to residents and then had to endure a screaming fest from both of them. When the management was contacted about the issues nothing was done and no apologies were given. This is just a little sum of of the issue. There’s countless problems at this property. There was a dead rat in the pool for who knows how long and the lack of cleaning the hallways makes me concerned if the pool was cleaned out. Dump
June 24, 2018Biggest dump I’ve ever lived in with the additional annoyance of the most loud and inconsiderate neighbors living next door. I could make a list of all that’s wrong but just know it’s the kind of place that looks terrible, the whole building stinks, doors don’t work, appliances such as washer and dryer often break, pizza slices regularly appear in the halls and remain there at least a day, and management will be polite but never actually accomplish anything they claim to do or assist with your ...problems.Property Manager Responded
July 25, 2018Four Seasons Apartments was voted the 2018 Best Apartment Complex in Emporia, and has won several years in a row. Our quiet hours are 10pm -7am. Hallways are contracted out, cleaned weekly as well as when needed. Residents are required to call in maintenance concerns and they are handled ASAP. Six of our eight buildings have laundry facilities within them.

June 3, 2017I have lived at Four Seasons for 14 years. The maintenance staff is friendly and dependable. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is nestled against Jones Park which fantastic. They have been remodeling the Apartments. They are beautiful. The complex has 3 salt water pools to choose to relax in during the summer months. August 13, 2015I like my apartment because people that work here has helped me a lot especially when I'm behind of my payment. I ran out of money sometimes and as nursing student I don't have that much, but I thank God for giving a place to live and give a good heart to my landlord. Used to live in 1bidroom house with 6siblings and mom and dad but I thank God I have a place to live even when sometimes is hard for me to find money to pay rent sometimes.
