Couldn't recommend enough!
February 17, 2025I have lived here for the past 2 years so far and can't say enough good things about this place! Living here was the best choice I could have made more my first apartment. Dawn and Cyndi were very friendly during the initial tour and answered all my questions - the application process was seamless and so quick that I got approved/signed my lease the same day. Kevin, the maintenance technician is also very helpful and polite as well - if you need anything looked at or fixed, he's your guy! The ...exterior of the apartments are always kept clean of debris and are maintained on a regular basis. In the winter time, the parking lots are consistently plowed when there's snow and in the summer time, the grass is routinely cut and pruned. The neighbors are quiet and pleasant to interact with. The town of Colchester is continuously thriving with new restaurants and shops which makes the location aspect even more exciting. Four Seasons
February 3, 2025I was shown several units with Dawn who was extremely helpful. The property is quite new with clean floors and a big bathroom. The location is close to town but it’s on a private road so you don’t hear any traffic. Come check out this wonderful place surrounded by woods. Great and Affordable Place

We recently moved out of their one bedroom and into a two bedroom which is super spacious and have been loving it!
