Don’t do it!
January 13, 2025Incredibly bad management. They overcharged me for the pet rent (I have an ESA and was charged pet rent since I moved in somehow), there are constant contradictions between management and the Leasing Property Manager. Today, Vanessa the property manager double charged me for the PooPrints registration, and rather than admit her mistake, retrace steps, talk to the employee that assisted me, etc, they told me to prove that I had already paid or they would be keeping my money. I was then ridiculed ...by another worker who told me “There’s no need to get upset over just $50.” These people are not trustworthy and do not have their crap together - There are 4 other, new, modern apartments who offer the same leasing specials or better, I would save yourself the headache and choose somewhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 11, 2024I recently moved into this brand-new apartment community, and so far, my experience has been great! While some of the amenities are still under construction, you can tell they’re going to be fantastic once completed. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful, which is a huge plus for me. The leasing staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming, answering all my questions and making the move-in process smooth. The maintenance team is equally impressive—quick to respond and always ...professional.
