Renters Reviews and Ratings
Unwarranted rent increases
April 9, 2023After two years they raise the rent by a percent that is .1 under the maximum allowed. The complaints about repairs are spot on, cops on sight multiple times just this last year, and their approach to security is nearly not there. Property manager is a nice guy though. Even so, avoid renting from here if you can.Review from Apartments.com
I have lived here for years, and will continue to live here!
June 10, 2022Not sure why all the other reviews are so bad... I have lived here for 2 years now and living in these apartments has been great. I plan to stay here for a while. The Beaverton farmer's market is just a block away and I have my weekly routine of visiting it. This apartment is in a great location, lots of walkable restaurants and stores to get to. Also there's a ton of grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself is nice and has good amount of space for the amount of rent. I really like the ...stacked washer and dryer. The PROS: - You get one parking space - Washer/Dryer in Unit - Rent is cheaper than most 2 bed 1 bath - No pet fees, but pets are allowed. Not sure if the is a fee in newer leases, but that's what was allowed for me in 2020. - Neighbors seem friendly, don't know anyone on a personal level though. - Kitchen has LOTS of cabinets and storage. - Big bathroom, nice deep tub for baths. - Very walkable and is in a great location. - Landlord is very responsive over the phone. - Maintenance is friendly! They have helped with small repairs or when our fridge died. - The apartment overall looks very nice inside and out! The landscaping is taken care of. The CONS: - Parking spots are compact so you'll have to get used to parking in a tight spot. You are given one spot, so if your household has multiple cars, it's gonna be tough parking. - This apartment gets HOT in the summer. I live on the 2nd floor and the floorplan makes for bad airflow. You have to get creative with a portable AC and fans to stay safe during the summer. - Landlord sometimes takes a while to reply over email or text. He usually always answers if I call in case of emergency though. - Upstairs neighbors can be noisy because the floor creaks when they walk around. - There is a train nearby! Super loud with the window open! - The vinyl they used for the floor is cheap and I noticed it can peel up easy. - Garbage room door is locked and accessed via a keypad, but breaks sometimes. - Maintenance takes a while to get around to your requests. - Rent INCREASES every year. I know that's inflation, but why is rent increasing if the quality of the apartment is the same.. Overall, I really like this apartment and I like the landlord. Despite the flaws, it's not too bad to deal with. I think the location and cheap rent is worth it to me. I could see myself living here for a couple more years.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Units are okay. Onsite manager horrible
February 15, 2022The onsite manager does not respond to any form of communication (voice/text/email). Only way to get a response is to call property office management and they in turn will make sure manager responds. Furthermore, onsite manager assigns full size vehicles to compact size parking and he in turn has two vehicles with both in preferred parking spaces. 1 star because of the onsite manager.Review from Apartments.com
No Good!
January 16, 2019For being new these are over priced for what you get. Repair problems all the time, the management team does not follow through with repairs and the manager is never on site. Constant problems with the garbage room. No AC, no pool, no commons area. No way to cool down in the summer. They do not allow AC units either. People always moving in and moving out in the middle of the night. Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. Microwave flooded because they did not install the rough properly and ...now when it is on, you can not have the kitchen lights on!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Nothing but trouble
December 13, 2017Moved in when they were new. Since then almost everything needs repairs. They allow homeless people to sleep in the garbage unit and takes months for anything to get fix. The live on site manager is not willing to listen or work with you on repair times. Feel stuck as this used to be a pet free apartment complex and we are allergic to pets. Owner is useless unless he wants your money.Review from Apartments.com
