About Fulton Market Lofts
The Fulton Market were originally designed in 1907 as one of “Lancaster’s twentieth-century markets” by Lancaster architect C. Emlen Urban. It was designed to be a shopping center in the Colonial Revival Style. C. Emlen Urban also designed the Southern Market. Cassius Emlen Urban was the leading architect in Lancaster from the 1890s to the 1920’s. Fulton Markets were redeveloped to be loft style apartments in 1993 and one building of townhouse units were constructed in 1993. The Lofts make a great and unique, urban home. They are mostly 2 bedrooms units with wide wood plank flooring though out and loft style bedrooms. While our lofts feature a unique design our townhomes offer downtown Living with a 2-Car garage Our Fulton Market Townhouses feature an open floor plan and ample natural light. You will enjoy the 2-car garage in this urban setting. It is a rare find! Downtown Lancaster has lots to offer. There are ample trendy restaurants, breweries, bars, parks, gyms, and businesses to enjoy on your leisure. It also provides quick access to the Lancaster General Hospital and Clipper Stadium. We, Prospect Leasing and Managment, recently took over the management of Fulton Market Lofts. Unprofessional
February 28, 2019My daughter and I were kept waiting in the cold for 15 minutes past our appointment time. Not only was it cold but when the person finally showed up, I knowledgeable is the nicest thing I could say. The building is unique and beautiful but could be so much more.Review from Apartments.com
I wanted to live here
