Horrible new management.
March 6, 2023New management that took over in fall 2022 is extremely careless and lazy. Doesn't respond to emails, takes over a month to deal with a maintenance request, doesn't clean the building... Avoid.Review from Apartments.com
Horrendous Mgmt
January 5, 2023Red Tail has taken over. There is no response from management or VERY rarely. The whole acquisition has been horrendous. Homeless sleep in the entry way and stairwell. Snow removal is not done. The maintenance team tries to work with what they have but get no support and the "fixes" are done with super glue and jerry rigging. I highly recommend you look elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
