for almost a month, inconveniencing A LOT of elderly/disabled tenants. And mind you, an elevator is an amenity - management should have discounted rents for that month, but didn’t. But my main beef now is, even after having moved out a year ago, the property manager still hasn’t returned my security deposit. Emails from me and the Housing Authority, have been ignored. Plus, she STILL hasn’t removed my name and cell phone number from the call box, so here I am, ONE YEAR LATER getting phone calls from people asking to be buzzed in. So, if you want to live in a building where your mail/packages could get stolen, have homeless people sneak in the building and lock themselves in the laundry room to sleep (yup, I experienced that), then I guess this is the perfect place for you. PS: If I could give this review no stars, I would have. Good luck in your apartment search!
