I want to highlight the professionalism of the Leasing Office team (Kristina and Vanessa) and the Maintenance team (Junior and Humberto); they are friendly and dedicated. The application process was very smooth. The issues identified during the move-in inspection were resolved quickly and efficiently.   • TOP FLOOR NOISY UNIT

    If you tour the top floor units, you will notice the echoing humming noise, please don't ignor this, I did, when I tour the unit, I somehow ignor this constant humming noises, they are going to sip through the wall, and make your unit very noisy, I believe they are coming from the compressor mounted on the rooftop. the noise will haunt you day and night, so don't move into the top floor unit for your own sake. Because it is an old building, there are viberation everywhere. wall and floor and ...

    I've lived here 3 months and I have had a great experience. Kristina is always helpful with my request and she's fun to chat with! She always has an infectious smile even if she thinks I'm asking something crazy! I know I can be a PITA with my request but she and maintenance are always on top of things. Apartments are 15 years old but the grounds are always clean and you actually see maintenance and anyone else who works for the apartment out and about taking care of things. The leasing office ...
    is great about sending out invites for social gatherings and making sure tenants are doing their part by helping to keep the apartments grounds clean as well. It's centrally located between Plano and Dallas and lots of walking and biking trails.

  • Fire alarms all hours of the day and night

    The fire alarms go off at least once a week some time 3 or 4 for the last 2 months. If you love floors covered in dog droppings and late night fire drills this is the place for you.

    The management is very irresponsible. Prices are very expensive. I paid my deposit and when I moved out, they are telling I didn't pay anything. Very bad. Also they are charging me 1344 dollars for damages which I didn't do. This place Is horrible. Also, there are breaks ins few times. I would highly recommend everyone to choose a better place. Just to let the existing and future tenants know that the countertop they have currently is installed long back. Currently, that color is not in the ...
    market. Any minute damage (ex:scratch that is eligible) that is caused, the management will replace the entire countertop for the whole kitchen and will charge the entire amount. I stayed in a 1bd apt, they charged me 850$ for the countertop replacement. If there are any white burn surfaces on the stove top which will eventually occur if we cook, they will charge 350 dollars to replace the stovetop. They bill everything to the tenant. Horrible place.
