Use to be a great place to live under different management, now it's "the projects"

Drug dealers hang out in the front lobby 24/7 smoking weed, arguing , play music and NO ONE from management cares. 37 Huntington is the ONLY building in that area that has such an unwelcoming presence. The front door lock is always broken so anyone off the streets can enter the building all times of the night. If you have to pay your own, full rent with no assistance, DO NOT waste your money on a (1) bedroom, $715 apartment in the projects

Huge, very strong. fairly new hall way carpet. Have a lot of excess to bus stops and other public transportation. Need many other repairs such as, mailbox, inside entrance flooring, the hall way interior on all floors. My building has 3 floors. No elevator, nor laundry rooms. In need of lots of repairs. But great location. Very nice staff employers, maintenance workers cool. My building needs work and repairs. But It get things done when they get to it. My apartment is a studio. Spacious and ...

The building I live in is strong and sturdy. I calls it the Persian empire. Because of it's physical strength. It's made up of hall ways up to three floors. With studio's, to two and three bed rooms. Very busy two-ways street, ,near by bus stops, The boys and girls club across the street and school bus pick up. Also every Thursdays. There is a farmers market right in the community for the people there. Local bus stops commute four ways to local shops. restaurants, and to down town. My apartment ...
is huge in side and out. The staff is very cool people. we don't have the luxury of having pools, lounge area and a park in the back. But there is one about 5 minutes down the street, with a lot of activities for the kids. Our staff even have promotions here. You can refer a friend and get a money off your rent.
