March 1, 2018I've been renting from this company since 2014 please do yourself a favor and turn the other way. Went threw mice roaches and my daughters room caught on fire due to faulty wiring. Nice for what it is
September 28, 2015I'm a fan of the apartment company. Garden Hill has some nice apartments that are comfortable and newly renovated. Unfortunately my fiance and I could not afford the renovated apartments at the time we moved in, so the one bedroom apartment we have is cool. The parking is secure. The staff is very friendly and is willing to work with you if you ever run into an issue. They stay on top of the landscaping and maintenance and even have a community garden. I do like the company, just wish we could ...get into the two bedroom because we have surely outgrown this one-bedroom.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
