  • Must Love Dog "Poop"

    May 11, 2017
    I have never stayed at an apartment complex where dodging dog poop was the norm. The management is definitely lax when it comes to poop violations. Now that summer is here, you not only notice the mounds of crap but thanks to the good ole solar heat, you're able to get a good whiff of the numerous poop piles as they bake up under the Texas Sun. My neighbors and I have complained numerous times about the poop pickup problem that persist producing problematic putrid pollution penetrating our pores ...
    and perception as we play dodge the poop from our personal place to the parking lot. Yes that was a lot of Ps to represent the amount of poop you will deal with living here. Any other place and the neighbors would have been fined and or evicted but cash is king and dog doo doo rules. This is definitely a great place for lazy animal lovers who don't mind the smell of their precious little darlings poopy woopy right outside the door building up each day. Hope you get a whiff of that!

      We love that our community is pet friendly; it frustrates us too when residents do not pick up after their pets. We do our best to pick up the pet waste on a regular basis. If we witness a resident not picking up after their pet, we immediately will issue the resident a lease violation .   • Low rise

    August 13, 2015
    I have been at my apartment #236 for approximately 5 years. People has come and gone. I still remain. I got sick with cancer in 2014. I don't make a lot of money. My job has not tried to fire me because I got sick like most companies in corporate America. My apartment management has let me pay my rent half on the first and half on the 15th. There are new luxury high rise across the street. I am in the older low rise. All the apartments have been upgraded except mine. I have not ...
    moved or can afford to move. So, my unit has not been upgraded. I love my apartment because I feel safe and can sleep at night. I have more stuff than room. I am blessed because I do have a roof over my head.

  • Addison perks without the cost

    I am able to enjoy the free athletic club membership, walking distance to events at vitruvian park, extended walking trail to Brookhaven college, as well as grocery shopping and dining/bars to walk to. Some apartments have grassed fenced in yards great for pets. Outside upkeep isn't amazing but paying half the monthly cost to enjoy the same surroundings is worth the appearance. Cons: not luxury apartments, minor maintenance issues.

  • Beware unless you dare for a big night mare!

    30 year old building with nothing but problems. Neighbors sewage backing up into your closet, AC unit has gone out several times during the summer, neighbor up stairs are rude, throw trash over the balcony into my back yard, kids running day and night, lady walks so hard on her feet that the windows shake and rattle. Constantly banging on things and dropping stuff. Management does nothing to stop it. 3 people in a one bedroom should not be allowed. Plus I was lied to. I was told before I ...
    renewed my lease again that my neighbor was going to leave. She never did. The only reason I stayed as long as I did because it had a fenced back yard and accepted 2 big dogs.
