Love it
December 1, 2024Garden oak is my first appartment that get the closest parking. I'm a single mom stay for 1 year, I never have hard time for parking that one thing I love about it. Other than that it very clean out side and inside plus it have a very beautiful garden space for the community have activity outside. The maintained service is very satisfied, if you have emergency need fix, they come quickly and make sure it get to fix right always for you. Poor management, nice renovations.
June 16, 2022I have lived here for a year and a half. It started out a great place with responsive management but has gone down hill quickly the last 6 months. A lot of very nice renovations are being made, however we get 24 hours or less of notice when workers will be entering our units. I have been attempting to contact management for a month with no response, and honestly am not sure we even currently have a property manager. Packages are stolen constantly from the mail area if you let it sit there for ...even an hour (management does not care), and my mailbox has been broken into once recently. I can imagine if I didn't have a garage, my car would be broken into as well. Giving it two stars because the property is decently maintained and it is mostly quiet. Best Apartment Complex I’ve Rented From
December 16, 2019I lived at Garden Oaks for 4 years. In that time, I rented a one bedroom and then a two bedroom. The buildings are well maintained, the courtyard is BEAUTIFUL, and the pool/party room are a phenomenal feature for hosting guests or parties. I never had any issues with the management but then again; I paid my rent on time, followed the rules, and respected the other renters and the property.
