    They do not respond to problems or issues for days and weeks but if you are one day late on rent it is $150. Unfortunately there is a shortage of apartments in Fayetteville so you are stuck with dealing with poor choices like these apartments.

  • Absolute Great Place to Live

    1. Location, it's great for U. Ark students as it's within walking distance of campus, and if you don't like walking, there's a bus stop that picks up at the apartment complex. 2. Location again, it's literally right next to Harps grocery store, walking distance to a couple restaurants/bars, and relatively close to the razorback greenway. 3. Apartments are great, clean, modern, spacious, especially ones with the vaulted ceilings. 4. Community is great, especially for dog lovers. Cute dog park on ...
    site. 5. Most importantly, management was awesome. They were always responsive to requests, and all around great people. The even know my dog by name whenever they'd see him.

    I've lived here for a bit but I didn't feel compelled to write a review before now. I love my apartment and we've have several property managers in the meantime. However this year I'm incredibly impressed by the new management of Garden Park. I especially love that the staff and maintenance crew remember me and are always friendly and kind. I've had a couple of issues pop up over the last year and staff have been on top of it and helpful. I feel safer in my apartment knowing they're looking out ...

    I have been a resident of Garden Park for going on a year now. Maintenance has always been helpful and even assisted me in hanging my blinds. The office people always get back to me right away if I have any questions or need anything. Getting my coffee in the clubhouse every morning is a great!! Garden Park is close to everything I need to go to. I would recommend this property to everyone it is a hidden gem.
