Requirements: Application Requirements: - Each person over 18 years of age that will be living in the unit must fill out a separate application. - Non-refundable $52 application fee from each applicant. Required Documents for all adult occupants -Government Issued, Photo ID -Three months of bank statements (most recent, previous three months) -Three months of pay stubs (most recent, previous three months) Income -Gross monthly income must be 2.5x the rental amount. -Applicants in a group can combine their income to meet the required 2.5x income. -If applicants do not meet income requirements, we will require a double deposit and co-signors that meet the co-signor requirements. Credit Score -Must be above a 700 Credit Score. -If applicants do not meet the credit requirements, we will require a double deposit and co-signors that meet the co-signor requirements. -If applicants do not have a credit score, we will require a double deposit and co-signors that meet the co-signor requirements. Criminal History -Any convictions of felony or conviction for a crime against a person Evictions -No prior evictions within the last seven years. Terrible Management
October 25, 2022Nice area and friendly neighbors but the apartments haven't been maintained over the years and it shows. If you do have a maintenance request or need anything taken care of with the property manager, it will be months before you hear back if you hear back at all. It seems like reasonable rent and fresh paint covers a lot but honestly, living here feels like being trapped. Everyone leaves after a year because of how bad it is.Review from Apartments.com
