September 9, 2023Free attached Garage, Washer/ Dryer hook-up. I like my apartment very thing is upgraded! also I have a small yard, witch I like for my dog. Quiet neighborhood. The manager is great.Review from Apartments.com
Questionable move out procedures!
August 26, 2020The apartments are outdated, single pane windows, awful AC units and rarely cools to below 85 in summer months running AC constantly. The bottom floors I hear are better. The management is shady, their move out practices are questionable. The manager hires her friends to "do the work" and if they don't like how something was done prior to you moving in (their work), they charge you to have it redone. They also hire companies from outside of Fresno to do the work, costing more than some hiring ...local companies. It's also next to a very shady complex with lots of police and gun activity.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
