November 23, 2024Just signed my lease here and everyone was so nice in this process. The apartment was really nice and the price here is really good too. After touring other places, this place seems the most sense because this place has all the amenities you would want, you’re close to campus, and the pricing isn’t ridiculous. November 3, 2024Gateway at College Station has been a great place to live as a student. The apartments are clean, comfortable, and fully furnished, which made settling in so easy. The amenities are a big plus—having two pools, a fitness center, and study rooms on-site has been super convenient. It’s close to campus and right on the shuttle route, so getting to classes is a breeze. I also like that the leasing is individual, which takes the pressure off when it comes to rent. October 20, 2024Super nice and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, good location for buses, and consistently fun community engagement events. The only downside is that I’m right next to the train tracks so it can get super loud at times.Property Manager Responded
