worst experience ever glad to move
March 16, 2023I spent 6 months on the 4th floor with loud music, then I moved to the 12th floor on 20 summer street, the residence smoke all the time with no repercussion. I complaint to the office over and over and nothing was done, I made a log of the time where my bathroom and the hallway smell so bad of cigarette.There were time I didn’t want to turn my heat on because of the cigarette smell coming to my apartment. This apartment is listed as smoke free do no buy it, on top of that my apartment was not ...updated, the cabinet were stain, the mirror in the bathroom falling apart and the carpet had stains and thing keeps breaking on a regular basis.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Lost money
November 8, 2019In August 2019 I was thinking about residence at Malden Gateway. I chose an one-bedroom apartment. The representative offered me to make a deposit of $175 and said that if I decide not to go ahead with lease agreement the funds will be refunded. Eventually, I preferred another property. But I didn’t get the money back. I contacted them several times and asked to let me know the code of transaction because without this code my bank can’t see the payment. But they never let me know the code. In the ...end, they told me not to bother them. So I lost $175.
