October 26, 2024For the most part this is a peaceful community with very nice amenities. The parking garage is also an added benefit and I always feel safe on property. One thing I think needs more attention is the carpeted hallways. I don’t think they’ve been vacuumed since I’ve lived here. All in all a great place to live!Review from Apartments.com

October 25, 2024Such a beautiful property- inside and outside. Looks and feels like a private resort…Amazing amenities. We are thrilled at how dog friendly it is. Our 15 year old ShihPoo is living out his best life more than ever! Location is great, with some walkability which is nice. Close to multiple shopping plazas and eateries in both Maitland & Winter Park. The entire leasing office & mgmt team are great! Nick, Eddie & Shannon really seem to love what they do. They are very resident-centric, making ...sure informative emails go out, as well prioritizing really fun community activities. Angelo is wonderful as well with all maintenance needs.
