February 10, 2025Would be a nice place if I could sleep at night. Noise noise complaints apparently don't matter here. I've complained about my upstairs neighbors stomping around past midnight at least 15 times. Half the time I have to go to my girlfriend's house to sleep so I don't loose my mind from sleep deprivation. At this point I've given up and decided it's best to move. Good luck to the next person that has to deal these people. Doubt they'll put up with it either.Review from Apartments.com

February 1, 2025Let's start from the beginning when we were told we had an apartment with a patio but told we couldn't be shown the apartment only to discover we actually were in a unit with no balcony. Then we were told that we had to do our security deposit with rino only to find out later if you do it that way you have to put down a new security deposit every year with no return. Then their were maintenance issues we had flooding in our dining room floor for about a month and a half before someone could make ...it out our apartment reeked of mold and mildew for the longest time. And to top it all off my neighbors got a new dog that they lock up in their master bedroom while I'm trying to sleep and let it bark for hours on end... My dryer knocks with uneven feet and the thing is so old it runs with the door open, a closet door had a loose bracket and came off smacking my partner in the head. Not worth paying almost 500 more then it would be to just get a mortgage and pay that off every month for what?Property Manager Responded
February 6, 2025Hi Ronnie! Thank you for your feedback. We honestly appreciate ALL feedback regardless of the star rating since it helps us to hopefully improve. I apologize that you had issues at move in and a flood in your apartment. The only maintenance issues that I am able to research that you referenced in your review is the dryer and the stove. The other issues were previous ownership so we no longer have access to that information. I show that you received a new stove and that the dryer was repaired both in November. If the dryer remains an issue, please let us know. In regard to Rhino as a security deposit option, it was something offered by previous management but was optional. It was my understanding that Rhino charges a monthly fee or you can pay it for a year, much like an insurance policy. I never heard of paying a 'deposit' every year? Please give us a call if there is anything we can assist with on that end as well. Again, thank you for your feedback and please reach out if we can ...assist you in any way.

January 30, 2025I’ve only been here a year. I do have to say the new ownership seems to be getting things done a lot faster so I feel like maybe give it another year and maybe my stars would go up. But I feel like the last management company just didn’t care.Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2025A lot of work needs to be done on property, Car ports that have been wrecked for months, one for at least a year. Garbage dumpster area gates damaged and won't close, always being left open. Halls(open breeze way area apartments) Never cleaned(Used to clean once a month, thats 4 years ago). People using car ports as storage and junk area.Property Manager Responded

I am sure that you have seen the emails going out regarding requiring the residents to remove items and to not utilize common areas (including carports) as storage. In the coming week or so we will be following up on these things and disposing of items where necessary. We are attempting to give the residents a chance to remove those items before throwing them away. Since we have 3 pick up days from the trash company and the doors are required to open upon arrival it makes this a challenge. The hallways will be refreshed in the coming months (updates to come) and many more items will be happening! We will be sending out a notice very soon!

January 9, 2025For the most part it’s been a perfectly adequate place to live. My biggest complaint is the dated cabinetry counters which are absolutely not food safe in my opinion and horrible upkeep by maintenance. I understand there are many apartments to deal with however if they put time money and effort into maintaining the apartments and reducing the water damage in apartments and just being proactive in that regard it would receive a higher rating from me. Putting maintenance requests in have been ...nightmares for me in the past I went 2 months one time with a broken washer and dryer and broken bathroom sink. My hot water heater exploded on Christmas Eve one year and it took them 2 days to address it.Property Manager Responded
