LOL at these pictures!!!
August 31, 2017I am a tenant for 5 years and 2 months in. I have been back and forth with management concerning a payment I made in March 2017 that they have YET to apply...I showed them and provided a copy of my receipt about 4 times..I even contact C&C Management and mailed a copy of the receipt to them and I still have the charge as if I didn't make a payment. I was told numerous times by the property manager that it will be taken care of and it still hasn't. At this point I am getting HUD involved. Laundry ...facility in the building I live in don't work properly and neither do the elevators. I made a work order about 3 or 4 months ago for the plaster on my walls to be fixed, and I was informed last week that it was forgotten and an appointment was needed. It was said that the boilers were replaced, but I still do not look forward to the winter months. There may be another excuse as to why the heat does not work. They haven't for the entire time I've been here. Finally, the addicts have found embalming fluid to be the drug of choice nowadays because that's what I've been smelling lately...Please make sure you pray before you consider this a place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
