January 17, 2022On average, it takes around 6 - 12 months to get a small thing fixed in this building as the super couldn't care less about the needs of tenants (who aren't either him or related to him). The landlord is non existent, he'll reach out if he needs something but, you'll never hear from him other than once a year for the lease renewal. The building is crawling with trashy tenants (the hallways usually stink of marijuana), almost every tenant has a proclivity to buy 20 inch speakers and blast ...reggaeton/rap/dancehall music day in and day out, and the rent is super overpriced for the amount of things you get (less than nothing). I'd be hard pressed to think of one good thing about this place, the water gets turned off routinely (every other day for nearly 2 years now) because the landlord is a slumlord, god forbid if something in your apartment ever breaks, etc. because you will just have to live with it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
