  • Good with it's many flaws

    The apartments are beautiful but are cheaply built. Upon moving in their were a myriad of issues but maintenance is very quick to respond. I am a bit worried as to move out as some issues were never resolved. (paint chipping). Some other minor complaints are bathroom fans on 24/7. If bathroom door is left over it is a noticeable sound. AC/heating unit is very loud. Be expected to have to raise your tv volume Everytime it comes on. Leaky ac vents due to poorly insulated pipes. Overall though for ...
