Poor air quality
May 25, 2023Air quality very poor in apartments due to dirty air ducts and high vocs in paint, causing health issues for people. Apartments are nice otherwise but owner does not take responsibility for issues to correct them, and blames tenants instead. Negative/ bizarre experience dealing with this company.Review from Apartments.com
Overpriced, poorly managed.
October 5, 2015For how much I pay, I should be able to find a parking spot. Nope, the neighbors take all the spots and management doesn't enforce their policies. The construction is shoddy, the maintenance is bad, and snow removal is non existant. They don't do such a great job of screening tenants either. Oh, and the parking, it's aweful!Review from Apartments.com
