January 11, 2025Amenities are not available or in working shape, good apartment layout, but building is rundown. The Biltmore layouts are gorgeous, and they have potential, but it’s obvious the managerial staff doesn’t have time for certain things that could be important..Review from Apartments.com

January 10, 2025Very poorly maintained. The common area is filthy. More often than not the laundry room is dirty and for the time living here there’s only been two operating washing machines for the entire floor. Trash everywhere- hallways, staircases, common areas, around the building, no security whatsoever. The garage always smells and has water everywhere on the floors. Fire alarms are being pulled for no reason, almost weekly. Zero sound proofing. The outdoor pool was closed all summer and the previous ...summer. Potholes have been atrocious and left unfilled for months. Went to the office recently and there was a cockroach crawling on the office desk. The parking rules are not accommodating to guests.
