Not Bad, But Could Be Better
October 11, 2022Maintenance is good. They handle most issues in a timely fashion. Management has changed, along with quite a few other things. Rent goes up yearly...but no apartment updates-ever. Nothing, lol I've been here for almost 7 years, and there has never been an update inside of my apartment... no carpet cleaning, or anything else. There are also no amenities that justify the rent increases. I feel like ANYONE is approved to move in. Now we have the LOUD music, trash being littered throughout the ...complex, etc. I used to be proud to live here, and now its almost embarassment. September 15, 2022Glengarry is the best!! The management, maintenance, and leasing office make a great team!! The apartments have a really nice floor plan, and are very well maintained, and updated!! The views at Glengarry are just beautiful!! Nice park like setting, with beautiful trees, nature, and pond!! The grounds are very well maintained also, and so is the nice pool!! Everytime I have family, and friends over, they have nothing but nice things to say about Glengarry!!
