November 14, 2024While this building has so much potential to be incredible, the upkeep falls far below expectations. Maintenance requests often go unresolved, and issues like the trash compactor create an unbearable odor that seeps into hallways and apartments. The smell is overwhelming and seems to linger despite efforts to address it. To make matters worse, sewage problems have been affecting multiple floors, including mine, leaving residents in a situation that feels increasingly uninhabitable. Paying premium ...rent to endure conditions that impact health and comfort is disheartening. Until these critical issues are addressed, living here is a real challenge.Property Manager Responded

May 11, 2024My overall experience has been positive. The staff has been excellent. However, I would suggest improving the turnover process for apartments. My unit wasn't properly painted or cleaned, with grease on cabinets and door seals. This meant I had to do a deep clean myself, which was unacceptable considering the amount charged.Property Manager Responded
