Don’t do it
October 18, 2020I’m a current resident and I have been having a roach problem since I moved in. Contact management and they keep saying they will send pest control, it’s been almost a year and me and my 2 neighbors have been seeing roaches for months. Management told me “it’s the south you’re gonna see a few bugs” there is a limited about of dumpsters for garbage which always are full and garbage outside on the ground. They trick you with the “this is a community” line. Then you move here and they pretend you ...are bothering them for comparing of nasty ROACHES! Hidden oasis
August 18, 2019I have been a resident at Glenrose Gardens for two months now and I am incredibly pleased with my decision. Hidden in the middle of southwest Atlanta, Glenrose Gardens fosters community bonds through weekly Sunday dinners, activities for children and access to fresh produce grown within our very own garden. June 3, 2019I have to give Glenrose gardens 5 stars. My husband and I visited Atlanta from up north earlier this year to find our new place of residence. I had set in stone that we would visit 8 complexes. Glenrose was first on our list. Raheem is the leasing manager who welcomed us like family. This man has the patience of Job. He is very detailed and honest about what to expect. He gave us a tour of the property and showed us a model home. Now at first I was taken back of how much space you could get for ...the price. It's amazing. Also, I've had experiences in the past of how the model unit looks nothing like the real thing. And, then on move in day you're surprised. Nope, not here. My unit looked exactly how the model unit would look of my choice. It was absolutely beautiful. Upgraded appliances, beautiful floors, and spacious rooms. Still, however we decided to visit 7 other complexes that day. By the end of our hunt my husband and I literally went running back to Glenrose for applications. We knew and felt in our hearts that this would be our new home. What sold us was the town home feel. We couldn't find anything that could compare to it. Finally, moving in a couple of months later was a blessing. The complex as a team has been extremely attentive to our needs when anything needed to be serviced or addressed within the home. You're also given a welcome basket with toiletries needed on your first day of move in. The owner lives on the complex as well. I love that because I know he truly cares about his property and his residence. Its a gated community, with security all the time so it is safe and clean. Don’t Move Here
May 19, 2019I would not advise anyone to move here unless you like hearing gunshots on a nightly basis. There was about 4 apartments that got shot up across from us one night. LITERALLY RIGHT ACROSS FROM US. It is not a safe area, despite the efforts they make. We also see roaches pop up here and there. And when we first moved in our roof was leaking. The apartments are renovated but they still need a lot of work.Review from Apartments.com

Although these apartments are in the city, this community has a peaceful country feel to it; from the friendly farm animals to the beautiful gardens!
