Your next apartment to AVOID!
July 12, 20248 Month Resident’s Experience It’s hard to pin down a singular cause of why the metro is such a horrendous apartment complex. Roaches (EVERYWHERE!), broken amenities, barely functioning AC, trash left or dumped all over the complex grounds, no enforcement of apartment policies (the root of many problems), animal excrement… take your pick. I am not one to complain without offering solutions, so my advice to anyone thinking of leasing an apartment here is to burn your application and move on to ...another complex. You will thank me. The only redeeming factor is the maintenance team who have always been polite, timely, and friendly.
