Golden Pond apartments is one of the few apartment complexes to offer free high-speed Internet. Enjoy the 20'x40' swimming pool, in ground 8'x10' hot tub, covered picnic area, and coin-operated laundry facility at the activity center. January 22, 2025awesome place to live, very quiet and clean and not too much noise. the ladies in the office are always kind and helpful and when you need an extra day to pay rent they always do their best to accommodate you. it really does feel like a community rather than just a place to live. plus this is the safest place we've ever lived, not having to worry about broken into cars or stolen things. its just really nice.Property Manager Responded

January 21, 2025Apartments are well built and insulated nicely. Neighborhood is relatively safe with multiple grocery stores, parks, and gas stations within walking distance. Neighbors are kind, but we may have gotten lucky. Maintenance is unresponsive and will take months to respond to requests if they even do so at all. You WILL have to call repeatedly to have things fixed and they WILL enter unannounced, even if you request they call first. Lots of dogs with great owners but be wary of those that keep theirs ...off leash - my big dog was attacked by a “well behaved” off leash dog. Rent is pretty cheap and you get a great bang for your buck, just don’t expect fast maintenance or people to clean up after their pets (watch your step!) and you’ll be okay. Good first apartment for a couple, college kids, or someone trying to figure their life out. Lots of young children living here, too.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 12, 2025i recommend living here! the rooms are nice, apartments are tall. kitchen is super nice. maintenance is super fast, easy to get a hold of, and friendly. office is super nice and very helpful! the only problem i had were kids just being rowdy kids, but it comes at every complex so it’s not a huge issue! for the most part neighbors are super friendly and approachable!Property Manager Responded
