January 7, 2023Called on-site number for water leaking behind toilet. Knob broken to turn off water. 2 hours later still no response. Police called and came to apartment. Got run around from apartment on call and they filed a report for no emergency maintenance service number. Now it’s going on 5 hours and the whole apartment has flooded and still no help from property management. ALL BELONGINGS ON FLOOR RUINED.Review from Apartments.com
Worst place I've ever lived
March 12, 2021Hell on earth. Outdated amenities. Maintenance is awful. My bedroom is adjacent to the laundry room where the loudest machines in the universe are used so I'm consistently awake until people stop doing laundry which is usually midnight. The people that live here are also awful, between the guy who revs his loud truck outside at 3 am and the guy who starts his car without an exhaust system at 5 am most mornings. I've been living in a nightmare for over a year. DO NOT LIVE HERE.Review from Apartments.com
