April 10, 2025The apartments are really nice. The things I don’t like about my home are as follows. The washer and dryer are way too small. Since we have to pay water that is attached to our rent the washer should be bigger because the way it is now you have to wash multiple loads, which makes the bill higher. Then there is no smoking on outside on your balconies or your porches. I don’t smoke, but I have guest that do and they have to go all the way down and across the parking lot to smoke a cigarette. I ...feel like people can’t go outside and enjoy themselves at their home because they have to go across the street to smoke.Like I said, I am not a smoker but I speak for people that do smoke and for the guest that I have over my home.I don’t like the fact that the heaters stay on constantly they don’t shut off they’re on low all the time even when it’s hot and that just adds to the bill too.Property Manager Responded

February 6, 2025I loved living here. The maintenance team helped me quickly when my door key stopped working. The gym is small but it has weights and you can have an excellent upper and lower body workout there, most of the machines are for upper body.Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2024I’ve only been here week but so far everyone I have met is very pleasant. My move was from out of state, so I was very nervous about getting into an apartment sight unseen. Ashley and the other office staff were super responsive to all of my questions and helped a lot along the way. They took care to make sure my apartment was ready when I arrived. The maintenance staff I have met have been polite and professional. The complex is quiet and friendly, and especially dog, friendly! There are very ...nice amenities like a pool and a gym as well as a dog park and outdoor grills. The complex is nice with many mature trees and green grass. I hope I feel as enthusiastic in six months as I do now but so far I think I will enjoy living here.Property Manager Responded
