Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

February 6, 2025I loved living here. The maintenance team helped me quickly when my door key stopped working. The gym is small but it has weights and you can have an excellent upper and lower body workout there, most of the machines are for upper body.Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2024I’ve only been here week but so far everyone I have met is very pleasant. My move was from out of state, so I was very nervous about getting into an apartment sight unseen. Ashley and the other office staff were super responsive to all of my questions and helped a lot along the way. They took care to make sure my apartment was ready when I arrived. The maintenance staff I have met have been polite and professional. The complex is quiet and friendly, and especially dog, friendly! There are very ...nice amenities like a pool and a gym as well as a dog park and outdoor grills. The complex is nice with many mature trees and green grass. I hope I feel as enthusiastic in six months as I do now but so far I think I will enjoy living here.Property Manager Responded

The review everyone NEEDS to hear
February 7, 2024If you see reviews from 2021 and before that, those are no longer relevant to today. Management for GP has since changed, and let me just tell you that it was a blessing. The management here has been so accommodating to both me and my fiancé, and they take every issue very seriously. The only foreseeable issue I can see is that there is only one maintenance worker for the whole complex, but I'm sure you'll forget about that once you see how AWESOME he is! As for the unit itself, all of the ...appliances work super well, and the heater is super easy to figure out and adjust to! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough.
