You live here for the lower rent and that is it.
August 11, 2023I've lived here for two years. This building is more affordable than most apartments around Fremont, and may be a good reason for someone to move in, but don't expect a well-maintained building. The interior is not maintained or cleaned regularly. The trash/dumpster area is disgusting, and the building manager does nothing to address this, despite being aware of all these problems. And the building's onsite laundry facilities charge you money for machines that don't work, and they never get ...replaced. It's clear the person who owns the building has zero interest in its quality of living for the tenants. Unless you are looking for a cheap apartment that allows big dogs, avoid this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
