Infested with Rats!!!!!!!!!!!
June 28, 2023I hate to be the one, but this entire apartment complex is infested with rats. Every apartment, every building. Rats and maggots to be exact. All types of rodents live there but they have a major RAT infestation. Not mice, RATS. You can hear them running in the walls and scratching in the floors and walls . I wouldn't dare recommend anyone to live here. You have been warned. They just "renovated" the place by painting the doors orange and putting up new lights beside each door and paint the ...building lol. This is not how you get rid of a RAT infestation. All they did was paint over the problem. 2023 prices with 1965 kitchens. Every room has mold and every ceiling is cracked. MAJOR RAT INFESTATION!!!!!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 8, 2021The staff, the environment, the STAFF! They will have their hands out for rent but not answer your calls when you need them. They will ignore you or put you on the back burner whatever the situation may be and never get to it. You have to constantly keep contacting them until they decide to answer that’s IF! Please don’t waste your money here because you’ll waste your time trying to fix problems they should’ve been fixed then living there happily.. unlivable conditionReview from Apartments.com
Plumbing, mold and maintenance issues

Try after Try
March 31, 2021My first year, the only issue I had was broken dishwasher and tiles peeling. Broken dishwasher fixed but no new tiles until I move out basically... Second year signed and now I have a leaking ceiling in kitchen and bathroom. Boiler burst and destroyed items, in which they replaced boiler just for me to not have hot water. They broke door frame and door to replace boiler and did not repair it back right. Grahamwood , Your WORST CHOICE !
July 15, 2020These are by far the WORST apartments i’ve ever lived in. They dont fix anything my air and toilet as been out for over 4 months. They charge you for things they assumed you’ve done, for example; trash being left . They also have ants and rodents such as rats. The management and security SUCKS . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEYReview from Apartments.com
