The Grand Victorian is a beautiful Victorian home with 11 apartments. There are three rooms available that have a shared kitchen and bathroom, which is cleaned weekly by our staff. The studio apartments are large and have great light and unique touches throughout. The one-bedroom apartments have a mix of extras: detailed woodwork, decorative fireplaces, china cabinets, walk-in closets and breakfast bars. The two-bedroom apartment has high ceilings, wood floors, a back deck, and a breakfast bar. In addition, there is a large grassy back yard, laundry in the basement, your utilities are included, and cats & dogs are welcome.
